You can book weekly sessions with me and/or join the weekly group zoom calls, where everyone can share their experiences (if they want to) and ask questions.
And there will be a community chat, to share and learn from each others experiences, share favourite recipes, share highs (and lows). It is just much more fun to go on a journey together!

Hi, I'm Gesa and my glucose journey started a year ago!
The reason I started this journey, is because a year ago I found out I was pre-diabetic by wearing my first CGM and now I am on a mission to bring awareness to the "early screening & corrective power" of these little devices, because prevention is so much better then cure!
