Who am I?
Hi, I'm Gesa, a registered Nutritional Therapist & Fasting Coach and I specialise in helping women assess, correct and optimise their blood sugar levels using Continuous Glucose Monitors, to prevent or reverse chronic disease and help with weight loss. Since discovering that I was pre-diabetic after wearing a CGM for the first time, I have made it my mission to bring awareness to the "preventative power" of CGMs and aim to make them accessible to everyone.
