We assess where your body is right now in terms of fat burning and metabolic health.
We look at your baseline glucose patterns and, where appropriate, key blood markers to understand where your body's metabolic health is at.
This baseline is important, so you can see the progress and keep momentum.

F – Flatten the Curves. We act & improve.
We address the triggers that cause the glucose, insulin and cortisol spikes that keep YOUR body locked in fat storage mode. These vary from person to person: for some it is what and when they eat, for others it can be stress, inflammation, lack of movement or over-exercising.
By stabilising and lowering blood sugar, insulin and cortisol (and breathe!) through strategic adjustments to food, timing, stress, sleep, movement, we lower the signals that tell your body to store fat.
This is the ground work. This is where the shift begins.
F – Flip the Switch. We kick-start & retrain.
When insulin settles, your body regains the ability to switch fuels.
Instead of being stuck running primarily on glucose, your metabolism becomes flexible again like a hybrid engine, able to switch between its two fuel sources glucose and fat, depending on what is available.
Often to get the energy system "unstuck", it needs a little kickstart, and fasting is the most effective tool to achieve that, so in this phase we have a closer look at the different forms of fasting.
With the return of metabolic flexibility, your body becomes more responsive, energised, and able to use the reserves it has stored away around the middle.
This is where the magic happens and it paves the way to a slimmer waistline, and a healthier metabolic future.

After working closely with women one-to-one over the last three years, I am excited to share that I am in the process of creating a comprehensive, kick ass group programme, built around the Midlife BFF Method, as outlined above.
I know this method works, but now I need to "group proof" it.
